What exactly does the €249 price include?+
The price covers the entire file: eligibility review, document constitution, Cerfa form drafting, filing, instruction tracking and final decision notification. Any administrative taxes (OFII employer tax, Cerfa fees) are billed on top — they are always announced to you before being incurred.
How long until a decision?+
The legal instruction period is 2 months from filing. In practice, we observe replies in 4 to 10 weeks depending on the competent DREETS office and the targeted role. For shortage occupations, count 4 to 6 weeks.
What if my request is denied?+
If the refusal is tied to a risk we flagged before filing, you are fully refunded. If it is unforeseeable (doctrine shift, novel ground), we handle the graceful appeal for free. You are never alone facing a refusal.
Can I submit several requests?+

Which documents do I need to provide?+
On the employer side: Kbis (registration extract), articles of association, tax and social security attestations, signed employment contract, job description. On the candidate side: passport, translated diplomas, CV, proof of experience. The exact list is sent by your lawyer after the qualification call — we tailor it to the type of permit targeted.
Is it refundable if I change my mind?+
Yes — 14 days to change your mind, no justification required, as long as the file has not yet been filed with the authorities. Full refund within 5 working days to the original payment method.
